Firearm Term and Conditions
The total amount is payable in full, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing, when the license application forms are furnished by Waterfall Arms. If payment is not made by the due date, the firearm may be sold and Waterfall Arms and Outdoor will keep the deposit as a handling fee.
A firearm license must be submitted within 6 months of receipt of the forms. Alternatively, storage fees of R100 will be charged per month.
A firearm not collected within 3 months of the date of issue from CFR may incur storage fees of R150 per month.
A 99% refund will only be given based on the presentation of a valid SAPS appeal refusal letter, or 2 refusal letters. These letters must be presented with an invoice in order for a refund to be processed. R150 will be retained against storage and paperwork costs.
Should the firearm be fired, a 20% handling fee will be deducted off the refunded amount or cancellation amount. Upon agreed cancellation of this firearm purchase, Waterfall Arms shall retain 40% of the total purchase price as agreed damages, should the customer cancel the deal at any time without the above refusals. Should Waterfall Arms suffer damages arising from any breach of these terms and conditions, the amount of damages shall be deducted from the monies in hand. Failure to disclose any information that may cause the license to be refused will result in forfeiture of monies paid. No goods may be exported without written permission from the country of origin and under section “3 – Proviso’s of the Department of State Export Laws.
Accessories Terms and Conditions
Any item that is brought back for repairs or replacement that is still under warranty or within 30 days must have a valid invoice and the original packaging. Should the original packaging not be produced, a 20% handling fee will be deducted off the purchase price. No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless agreed upon by Waterfall Arms or the suppliers, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
